Lost Phones

These instructions are intended for use at information desks for phones found in terminals.
For information about lost and found for other items, or for contact information for items lost on planes or at TSA, visit Lost and Found.

If you find a lost phone:

  • If the owner cannot be located promptly:
Contact Operations to arrange for the phone to be picked up.

Important Reminders:

  • Handle phones carefully to avoid damage.
  • Respect the owner's privacy at all times.
  • Never attempt to unlock, reset, or alter a found phone.
